Those of us who bought three-pack got a seriously good deal - before the draw was made. Looked even better once we knew our opponents. Club perfectly entitled to sell (or even resell) one-off match tickets for full price. There's no debate here, surely...

Sorry to hear this, but as others have said, the three-game pass was heavily discounted, and conditions were made clear. Still pretty good value for two matches! Hope you can make the next one.

I'm happy to queue for 20min with kids, but not an hour. Add more PNRs (or just busses!) and the queues will get shorter.

Nobody going to mention travel distance? We have the biggest catchment area in the Premier League. Fans come to the Amex from several different counties. Fans also go from all over the country to visit, say, Old Trafford. But there (and most grounds), fans can disperse in multiple directions...

Transport is getting WORSE and the club seems to be doing NOTHING about it. In last few seasons, a Park n Ride was closed and never re-opened, a car park lost and PNR bus capacity reduced. Shitshow all round really.
