    [Football] Tuchel gone

John Terry to be Chelsea manager. Please. Please. Please. Although I'd hate to see someone like him getting more money, it would be worth it just for the shits and giggles. If Potter really is only on £35k a week, and someone like Frank Lampard is on £96k a week, who would blame him if he...

[Football] Pet hates - fans getting football wrong

Fans who state that they hate teams cheating without seeing that their own team cheat just as much as the opposition.

[Albion] Dunk v Mitrović - the big battle

A bargain if he's still on £60k a week although I suspect his contract stated a nice increase with promotion.

    [Football] Man Utd v Liverpool

I can't stand either team but my dislike for Man U is probably greatest so I'd like them to be beaten again.

[Football] Will the palace game be moved?

I can't see it being moved now. We are being treated like adults so now need to behave like adults.

    [Drinking] Alcohol free beer

Agree with you that it's a decent pint and at <0.5% you can have pretty much as many as you like. Adnams claim that it is their standard Ghost Ship but with the alcohol taken out without any loss in taste.

    Team Car or Team Cyclist?

As with most things in life! However, I can't see it happening (the law or everyone having any patience).

    Team Car or Team Cyclist?

I can't see it ever happening. It's just Grant Shapps appealing to cyclist hating Daily Mail readers. He was going on about speeding cyclists when the number of cyclists who could possibly get close to the speed limit must be very few.

[Albion] Dan Burn - clap, boo, ignore

Clap during warm up Ignore during match unless there is a bad tackle

[Misc] Do you have any lines you don't cross, period? (Principles)

I never give more than 100%. I admire people who give 110% but wonder why they aren't giving 120%.

[Albion] 2022/2023 Relegation Thread - August views & votes

I suspect that there are a few more transfers to go but my pre-season guess is; Brentford Fulham Bournemouth Although I would like to be wrong about the first two and see Dirty Leeds and Everton finish bottom 3.

[Music] Heads-Up For Jam / Weller Fans

I went on Saturday and it was a decent exhibtion but mostly for those of us who lived it the first time wanting to visit memory lane. Don't go expecting to purchase any merch as most of it hasn't arrived yet! Save your money and pop into Modfather Clothing on Church Street.

    Great, isn't it?!?!?

[Football] Pitch invaders - you have been warned!

Completely agree. Pitch invasions aren't the problem, individual dickheads who get on the pitch to abuse players and/or officials are the problem and, I imagine, quite easy to identify.

[Football] European Semi Final 2022 -- England v Sweden --

Some great photos from the 1984 match played on a beautiful (pre plastic) Luton pitch in front of, what looks like, 27 people. Stupidly, I must have forgotten to add a link! https://www.theguardian.com/football/gallery/2022/jul/25/england-v-sweden-a-womens-euro-1984-mud-bath-in-pictures

[Music] British bands - You can only save 3

Based on what I still listen to the most; The Jam, The Clash and The Specials.

    [Football] Kelechi Iheanacho

Was excellent a couple of seasons ago. At his age and asuming he could replicate this form he would be a bargain if he's really only on £60k a week. I suspect that it probably on cloer to £100k a week but will never know either way!

[Misc] How Does The Club Benefit From Hosting The Euros?

There will obviously be a financial aspect, probably not huge. The exposure is important as a lot of those attending wont have been to a football match before and may want to attend again, either at the Amex (although tickets are way more expensive and much harder to obtain) or at the Pension...
