After his last few games, Kayal would be first on my list at the moment.

He’s been impressive with a few cameo’s he’s had this season but against West Ham he was fantastic, as good as we’ve seen this season. He’s a must start against Newcastle for me, irrespective of the fitness of Propper, Stephens etc.

I think some need to be realistic. The league is at times brutal and we don’t have anywhere near the budget of the big boys so have to build carefully. We don’t yet have the players to go out and attack the Man City’s etc and if you don’t have ball players to hold the ball & create, you’ll just...
