Yeah, my post was kind of a backward way of asking the poster to consider the right or wrong again, of trying the kid that did it as an adult, and giving him a life sentence with no chance of parole.
To me, the parents were negligent, irresponsible and deserve their sentences. Their kid should...
Really not getting the use of the laugh emoji on this subject, whichever side of the argument you are most aligned with. Dead babies are not funny, Israeli or Palestinian.
My reckoning is a flair player is always trying to dribble round a man or two, nutmeg someone, backheel a pass. On top of that they keep trying to do that even when it really isn't a reasonable option, it fails, and it annoys their teammates. Bonus flair for long hair and drunkeness. Gotsmanov...
Semi automatic handgun, less power than a rifle, he injured 7 others. He also had two more magazines of 15 rounds on him and rounds in the gun when he handed it over to the officer that confronted him.
Gotsmanov wasn't flair, he was just very good, in the way Dunk or Gross are very good, with moments of flair. Mc Court was all flair, f*** a simple pass, no matter how drunk and incapable he was.
I agree, he is not responsible at age 15, yet was tried as an adult and given a life sentence with no parole.
It does not seem just to hold a 65 year old man in prison for something he did in a state of depression when he was 15, his frontal cortex was underdeveloped, and was being raised by...
I am fully behind the parents being jailed, it's the whole life term, with no opportunity for parole, for a mentally troubled 15 year old that doesn't sit right with me.

What they had in mind was that the citizens should have the ability to resist an oppressive Government.
They should have access to all the conventional weapons the USAF has, if they really want to be able to defend themselves against USAF. As that is clearly insane, the amendment needs...
I am not underrating Veltman, just Hinshelwood has better passing ability, vision and can get up and down more. Up against a tricky winger, Veltman has the smarts and experience to better deal with them, by fair means or foul. If Hinshelwood were to become a rightback on a more permanent basis...
Hinshelwood is a better player than Veltman, but Veltman knows his own ability and how to play as a right back with those abilities. He won't try to get up the pitch as much as Hinsh, he won't try to make some of the passes Hinsh can make, because he can't.
Very sad case, crazy that anyone gives free access to a gun, to any teenager. Crazy that isn't illegal itself. Crazy to lock up a kid for the rest of his days for an act committed at age 15, without any hope. I know some won't agree with me on the last point.
As if being told to stay indoors would have been so much harder to take, if it had been pissing down outside.
Ignoring the impossibility of his suggestion, it makes no f***ing sense. Someone in his family needs to get him to a shrink.
