I appreciate not all disabilities are visible but surely there needs to be a reason that makes use of the ramp necessary which is most likely a physical disability. If someone has an issue that means queuing in a crowd is not feasible then surely that same condition is going to prevent them...

That's odd, why is there no compensation if they resell the ticket on the exchange? I appreciate that it is minimal but there some!!
