Well having watched it, I spent the first 10 minutes absolutely amazed at how far up his own arse Gordon Ramsey had become, and the next 50 minutes in shock watching him dissappear yet further up it.

Not a massive follower of F1, more of and occasional viewer, so I'm not sure if a smash of that scale and speed is common, but I've not seen an impact like that for a while. Hope he's OK.
