You have to agree to a 24 month contract berfore they will touch it. To have them just repair the boxes is very expenbsive hence I was half hoping an engineer was on here and would come and do it as a private. No doubt that he will finish up using google and doing it himself.

I dont know he just said that he wanted to get internet istalled and asked me to look while he was at work. for him to look at later. I tried a few providers but the only ones who would repair the boxes was BT. Not expensive but their monthly charge for broadband was one of the dearest.
