That's pretty much what I thought. If they had stopped immediately for safety, then fair enough - but playing on for one ball with no radical change in conditions and then stopping is very puzzling.
Very sorry to hear of your loss.
A young lady called Liz Turner took me to my first game in April 1971, a 0-2 home loss to Halifax. I was 7 and, despite the loss, hooked. Wherever you are Liz, many thanks!
What a brilliant post.
However..............although it brought a huge a smile to my face, I will still worry until Fulham drop the points! :lolol::albion2:
Maupay is frustrating because he misses so many chances, but it is difficult to criticise him for his work rate, tracking back and passion. He got nothing out of Moss today and I can understand a player with his passion expressing his displeasure - unprofessional yes, understandable yes. On...
Call me ultra cautious, but the sooner we are mathematically out of West Brom's reach the better. On that basis, I am hoping for a Wolves win. Maybe a draw wouldn't be too bad!
I have also seen and loved it. The upside of tending to forget what I have seen after a few months (including plot and characters) is that I can watch it all again like new!☺
A shite round of results this weekend - hopefully Villa can buck the trend and give us a little something to smile about.
Sock face being sent off for another dive after scoring a winning hat trick would be ideal.
