[Albion] Your Three Favourite Albion Seasons

1964-1965 was the ultimate. Not only did we sign Bobby Smith, sixth months after he last played for England, but we also scored 102 goals and won Div 4 in the last game in front of 31,000 on a memorable Goldstone night.

[Football] Borussia Dortmund - Tinpot ?

It was a hit from Carousel that was popularised by a group from Merseyside. Spur's traditional anthem was the Battle Hymn of the Republic (Glory Glory Hallelujah) since appropriated by Man U. At least nobody is likely to pinch our song - it's all about identity !

[Football] Borussia Dortmund - Tinpot ?

I don't remember anyone else using it back in the 60s other than Liverpool.

If we're knocked out of the cup, Spurs haven't got anywhere to play the game unless they can get the new WHL ready.

[Travel] Car that you can put two bikes in ?

I use a Renault Scenic. Take out the centre rear seat and you can stand one bike in easily, and get a rear passenger in if necessary. I do this for every home game. Drive to edge of Brighton, bike to Amex and back straight after and on to A23. Could probably do 2 bikes if I took out more seats.

    [Albion] The Pascal Gross mystery

Never fully bought into all the hype about him last season, but I thought he was OK today and put together a few good potential assists.

Players you thought had retired but are still about

Scott McLeish is playing for my "other team" Hendon as player-coach. He must be mid-40s and they are on a losing streak.

Haven't we done that - with grounds to spare ? I've certainly seen us play in at least 2 grounds per division.
