Agreed. If there is any damage, cracks or sagging I'd always get it skimmed/ overboarded/ reboarded. Scummy nicotine or years of dirt and its a nightmare to get a decent finish. Fresh plaster finish also removes lingering odours and you have a fresh start.
My wife thought a Quooker was a terrible indulgence but now agree it's the best. That amount of tea drinking will definitely make one very worthwhile. Given the cost of electricity it also make financial sense, as you don't keep heating kettles of water, only to have them cool down and then...
I knocked through and renewed my kitchen 5 years ago. Went bespoke using Koop Furniture from Plumpton. They hand made the carcuses from birch ply, and draws from ply and oak veneer. They did the installation too.
Units are extremely well made, look fantastic after 5 years and will last me...
€14 for a journey into a major city from airport sounds cheap enojgh to me! But yes don't forget to get the ticket stamped before you board the train. €50 fine for me in Berlin for that too. Never got taught about that at school...

What's a holiday?
My Dad told me about the time he had two weeks off work and went to France each year to relax and enjoy himself. But its not something I recognise these days......
:ohmy::ohmy:
If Chelsea are allowed to continue playing and paying players/ staff, it would seem logical that they can access income from Sky and non russian sponsorship etc. (I'm presuming these payments are spread throughout the season rather than all being paid upfront?).
If they can't access sky /...
Nice one.
I should have said by putting the rails and boards with the flat/ finished side facing out you get easy access to as much of your land as possible. Although you have not.lost any land if you fence it inside the boundary you make it difficult to access and there are/used to be legal...
Ah but you lost a small part of your land that way. OK if its a big garden but on a small terrace in town in I'd always want to keep all my land.
Going back to the OP. If the neighbour doesn't accept its her fence basd on posts and rails I'd keep the post holes in the same place but reverse...
Does the fence have posts? These will be set at the boundary line, and the rails set so that the fence boards/panels are also right on the boundary.
Posts are usually wider than the fence panels so the flat (neat) side of the fence faces outwards to face your neighbour. Your side will have...
You're right. Burnley really struggled with all the extra games and pressure on their squad. If we did qualify Tony might have to take a hit on some sales like Biss? I couldn't contemplate us being in Europe without him in our squad. But hopefully he'd be happy signing a new contract with...
As others have said I'm sure Albion would have handled it very differently. I'd be very upset if he played straight away, and would definitely boo and protest if he did. I'd expect a period of rehabilitation and genuine remorse after which a decision could be made on how soon to come back...
I was very surprised at the price of tyres when I had to replace the front two on my Panda 6 months ago. £90 each to get into the half decent range., and that was shopping around. Michelins were over £100!!!
Being a motorbike rider, I always get decent tyres and like a good bit of tread...
Well actually if the OP wants a sporty car then an MX5 is by far the best bet. £7,000 will get a good one and if its been looked after with a full service history, it will go on forever. They are small, easy to park and cheap to run, so fits my criteria too...
My advice is buy the newest car you can afford to have. Think about size and how far you'll drive. Ask your friends what cars they have, are they happy, is it more expensive, or cheaper than expected to run? Has anything gone wrong and would they buy the same car again. I love my Fiat panda...
