They've been pretty relentless. It was a few weeks ago when Lewes were still clinging onto 5th that my mate said "watch out for Cheshunt" and he was bang on. That said, Stortford have look very imposing at times as well, including winning at a canter against the almighty Worthing last month.
Yep completely! Utterly abysmal defending once again, and impossible to lay the blame at Nelson's door this time :moo:
Still a lovely afternoon. Sunny and warm, and got to see Razz signing a new contract in from of the Philcox at HT.
Thoroughly excellent season though all in all.
Lewes v Bowers & Pitsea for me. I'm almost glad there's nothing riding on it now, as it will be an enjoyable way to thank the players for a wonderful season.
Easy Rooks win predicted, now the pressures off.
Enjoy, all!
Yep, once again I will vouch for US who we used a couple of months ago. He's great.
I would also echo his advice to start the ball rolling 6 months before your due date.
Gorgeous day out at the Nyecamp (my first visit) which is a very easy and enjoyable journey from Portslade. Quick couple in the Dog and Duck, which I recommend whole heartedly, and some chips on the beach.
5th spot was always an outside chance, and news of an an early Cheshunt goal dampened any...
Hello cyclists of NSC. I'm looking for any and all advice on EuroVelo Route 6 between Budapest and Vienna. Has anyone done it? We're stopping in Visegrad, Gyor & Bratislava en route. We're off for 4 nights in June and I can not wait.
Restaurants, places of interest, castles, views, thermal...
Yep thoroughly deserved, well done on a greT season. Your Horsham trip will be a massive party, right?
We just need to keep our noses in front of Cheshunt, with whom spoils were shared on Saturday (as I was quaffing red wine and eating a BBQ, nowhere near a football). Looking forward to the...
No worries, don't go to any trouble. if you happen across it just shout. Just particularly interesting to me seeing the contemporaneous (or near) experiences of the camp liberators - the stories are really varied, and it's like a bit of a coastal shelf in terms of understanding horror etc - and...
Sacked off Virgin TV (and the obligatory landline in the package; retaining the broadband thus saving about £45 a month) and happy paying simply for Netflix, iPlayer, Disney+ & Prime, all of which get used regularly.
