I haven't heard the TalkSport discussion yet - but I feel a bit sorry for RDZ . I feel some of what he says is misinterpreted due to the language problem (he still looks to the interpreter for clarification on questions) and I think he should use him for his answers as his English is "clumsy"...
Hopefully the one way system operated by traffic lights in Portland Road (top of Leicester Villas) will not play too much havoc with our park and ride buses parked up outside EDF. I must admit I thought the Albion would scrap the EDF park and ride for this fixture due to this possible problem.
Well done (y) I only watched it on a stream so would always bow down in knowledge to someone who attended. Our away support is top notch and deserved better today.
The Bournemouth lad Semenyo ,that was stretchered off today, only cost them £10m from Bristol City last year and looks a very good player (he has 9 goals this season). So there are bargains to be found in the lower leagues (such as Joao Pedro) but we don't seem to go that route very often which...
Yes - I really felt for our supporters today . It's never easy being jeered by the home support because of the abject display of our team - but this was Bournemouth !
Seven of our players used today started in our team that ripped Tottenham (4-2) apart in December and seven of them also started against Palace (4-1) in February - so something else must be wrong apart from injuries.
Well there is something wrong at the club but I doubt we will truly know what's gone on but I don't think our performances can now be written down to just injuries.
Seems NSC has now decided to pile in on religious organisations that pay reduced or little tax. However, you forget that these institutions do immense good in our society - most of which goes unnoticed ,unreported and unknown- from providing food banks, shelter for the homeless, debt advice and...
I'm amazed that Welbeck has been pretty injury free for a long time - he usually picks up something that keeps him out for months - Doh I've said it now
Eze is a brilliant player who I would love to see at the Albion. We have the money but I don't think he will come here (wages ?) even if we splashed out ,which we never seem to do.
Re the playing out from the back and Steeles instance on delaying kicking or passing into dangerous areas It may have been a clear instruction from the manager but sometimes professionals have to make their own decisions within the match and I agree it was suicidal last night. Interestingly we...
Quite right - thank you.
The Villa game is not included if my stats but just backs up my opinion (and fact) that when we play Steele we are more likely to concede goals and lose games than when we play Verbruggen. That is because Verbruggen is a better goalkeeper , at this time, than Steele -...
Yes , although I'm not a drinker I shall be ordering a quick pre match pint and taking it to my seat the next time RDZ decides to play Steele, Veltman, Moder, Gross and Lallana in the starting 11. :drink:
