He definitely had periods (matches) when he disappeared and seemed to show no effort. Not saying others don't do it but right through his time with us he was very hit and miss. When he was on song he could be brilliant , he just didn't do it often enough. He was also prone to liking an injury...

I do apologise if this has been covered already but I'm pretty sure we have recently reduced the length of the pitch. I noticed it at the Roma game (more space behind the South goal and the South stand). Am I right ? and if so any thoughts as to why ?
