It would be interesting to see a survey of serving and ex service personnel to see which of the following they would vote for, do they: a) adore the entire Royal Family? b) admire the Queen but the think the rest are a waste of space and that the civil list should only apply to the monarch? c)...

Take a look around and you will see that the majority of the British public don't have a clue how to dress themselves anymore and clearly don't care what they look like; the Dryrobe not being worn for its intended purpose is just another manifestation of this...

Really? Maybe in your bubble everyone loves the royal family but in mine I would say the majority are indifferent at best, with a significant proportion questioning why we owe any respect to such a dysfunctional bunch of misfits. And these aren't "lefty blowhards".

So are you saying that you can compare the royal family's accomplishment of sustaining their outrageous privilege to say for e.g. a 19th century mine worker sustaining the "privilege" of feeding his family by working a coal seam six and a half days a week for a few shillings? Blimey...

Hahahahahahahaha...! So many embarrassing simpering comments on here about the wonderful job she has done, but I'd like to see the evidence. She hasn't even managed to direct her own children to lead meaningful productive lives. All they have accomplished is to sustain their privilege.

I find Freeman unconvincing as a copper; he doesn't exude any attitude or air of authority which isn't helped by him being the shortest person in every scene!

But surely the reasonable approach would be that you can share your season ticket with anyone who is registered with the club and has a fan number. Thereby the club knows how is in the seat but you don't have to go through all this additional cost and admin setting up friends and family.

I am sure that if Dan Burn does go to the Hand Choppers he will always get a good reception when he comes back to The Amex; he's put in a good shift for us and seems a decent bloke...(however, I always have reservations about anyone who holidays in Dubai)
