They could have scored in the first minute because of our high line though, and we look extremely vulnerable because of it. We can't just ignore the frailty on the basis that Spurs fluffed the chance.

Not deliberately, no. I think it's 3 opportunities max, even if one of them is at half time. But even if you also get 1 at half time, that's not what changes it from 3 subs to 5, that's the case anyway. PS - you do get free subs after full time, and at half time during extra time.

Jesus Ted, do you know any of the rules? You're allowed 5 subs, not 3. You can bring them on in 1, 2 or 3 goes (half time is no different). Exceptions to that are concusion subs, and if a cup game goes to extra time.

I think we should have had a foul for their first goal. The ref gave them a few soft decisions in the first half. So yeah, I think we definitely deserved the win.
