He couldn't and wouldn't say it if he was leaving. He still has a contract, but only he (and his agent?) knows what's happening in the background and in the summer. I'm sure the clubs interested in him have already asked if he is interested. Also, if he knew he was staying.. he could say it...

Gut feeling... how he responded to the question about other clubs' interest. Diverted from the question first and then just said that he hasn't decided yet. I sincerely hope I'm wrong.
