Liam Rosenior is having a great season with Hull and surely destined for a Premier League job at some stage in the next couple of years- always impressive.
That said I think, and hope RDZ stays and that we build upon the lessons from this season
Just my own opinion, and as with anything subjective whilst there is room for debate there's no definite right & wrong. Ultimately to be a premier league manager in the first instance one would expect there's a general requirement to be of a certain standard.
Regarding Frank, admittedly I...
*A discussion we were having at work today that I thought I would extend to NSC- aware that someone may say "bloody hell you moron, this has already been done" in which case feel free to ignore/bump elsewhere. *
What would the Premier League table look like if it were solely decided by the...
Voted Arsenal on the basis of seeing someone different (in recent times) win the league. But then I remembered Trossard and that diving sun bed advert so I now reserve the right to change my mind.
Hope Liverpool & Alexis win it
There's a certain art in a good celebration- think Crouch's robot, Robbie Keane's gymnastics, Gazza's 'dentist chair', Fowlers 'snorting the line'....
When its done right its a beautiful thing, and can be a brilliant way to connect with the fans/mock the opposition support. The issue as pointed...
A certain Erling Haaland has been spoken about a lot in sports media this week for similar reasons. Sometimes with a forward the all round game is insignificant and its as simple as 'can he finish?'
The answer is yes he can
There's also the innovative concept that he might just have improved...
It was heavily reported to be there. I think more likely is that certain clauses may now have priced Stuttgart out. Be interesting to see what happens with him
Be interesting to see how this plays out given the buy option that Stuttgart have. I hope its true based on his form this season but wonder if RDZ has forgotten about the buy option.
As @Stat Brother said I wonder how long he'll be back
Surprised at how many people I've been seeing describe it as a disappointing season. What were people honestly expecting? It was always going to be tough adapting to European football- many a side before us have done a much worse job of maintaining premier league form in a European season
We've...
Add to that
Thiago Motta
Ruben Amorim
Seb Hoeness
Enzo Maresca
Michel
Frank Haise
Arne Slot
Peter Bosz
Liam Rosenior
Granted not perhaps all ready at this point, but shows theres plenty of alternatives to Potter again
W 3 D1 L1 so far in the premier league, so based on stats the chances are we'll get at least a point.
Saying that I share your nerves, their squad feels much stronger than the season they are having so far would suggest
Interesting that you mention being bored of RDZ 'offering himself up' to bigger clubs whilst clamouring for the return of a manager who quite literally dropped us the moment someone came sniffing.
Potter didn't offer himself up, more got on his knees the moment Todd appeared with his big wad...
