Day 6: 85.10kg (13st 6lb) and 17.6% body fat.
Definitely a good day on the daily fluctuations front, but the trend is encouraging. Thatβs 1.4kg (3lb) down from the day 1 weigh-in. The complete eradication of snacking between meals and upping my exercise levels seems to be working.
Day 4: 86.25kg (13st 8lb) and 17.8% body fat.
Thatβs 0.25kg (1lb) down from the day 1 weigh-in, but up another 0.15kg on yesterday and up 0.6kg from my low in day 2.
I know thereβll be daily fluctuations, but Iβm slightly miffed that Iβve spent the last 3 days avoiding all snacks between meals...
Day 3: 86.1kg (13st 8lb) and 17.8% body fat.
Thatβs 0.4kg (1lb) down from the day 1 weigh-in, but 0.45kg up on yesterday.
Probably need to have at least a weekβs worth of data to smooth out the daily fluctuations and to see if my attempt at healthier living is having an impact.

Iβve lost 0.85kg (2lb) from weigh-in, but I suspect thatβs more to do with daily fluctuations and water content rather than me cutting out snacks for 1 day! Iβve also just been on the turbo trainer for an hour, so probably slightly dehydrated.
