    [Misc] Odd habits ?

You are a psychopath. If the time doesn’t end in 0 you cannot set the alarm for that time. FFS. Wake up.

Yes. And who can forget the absolute piece of scum, Jack Renshaw? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/stories-44798649.amp

[Misc] A thread full of Iconic photos

I’m pretty sure they didn’t mean you either. I think that the culprit is our American friend, who finds spamming as many threads as possible with ‘weird’ nonsense irresistible.

    [Music] The Cure

An interesting take. He ‘will never be caught picking the obvious answer no matter how correct it is’ - this statement is odd to me. People will always have their favourites, it is never objectively ‘right’ that a certain track is a group’s best. You use Blue Monday as your example. I...

    [Albion] Danny Welbeck.

Agree with all of your post, except for the word ‘possibly’. @Stat Brother is a lovely bloke, and I don’t know why @Harry Wilson's tackle feels the need to belittle him here. Live your own life and let others live theirs.

Just got home from Chalk, where Bob Vylan gave their usual joyous performance. Absolutely brilliant, and over at 9.35, which is brilliant for those of us who are of a certain age.

[Football] Stop Exploiting Loyalty - FSA Campaign

Yes, you’re right, they did. Reading this thread it would seem that the overwhelming majority of fans here are not in agreement with the decision that they made. I’d be interested to know how many fans in these ‘groups’ had any input into this decision. It just seems to me that wider...

[Football] Stop Exploiting Loyalty - FSA Campaign

It seems very odd to me that @Barry Izbak and the FAB have made this decision without consulting the wider fan base at all. It’s the wrong decision, in my opinion, we should be at the forefront of campaigns like this. Would it be possible for NSC, a far more representative section of our fan...

Due to its shape it had a horrendous ‘bottleneck‘ - if you were not past this, near the front, it was awful for gigs. Better if beyond it, but there were also enormous pillars on the stage which got in the way of the band somewhat. Had some good times there, though.

@Hamilton didn’t make it, so I went solo. He’s the dodgy looking one, so I wasn’t tarred with the ‘suspicious intentions’ brush, and was able to keep a low profile.

Chalk is in the same building as The Haunt was, but is bigger and better. I’m pretty sure it has a different footprint to the Haunt, not sure how!

    [Music] The Live Music thread

Confidence Man had Chalk bouncing last night. They gave their usual high octane show, great fun and hugely entertaining. They only played for 45 minutes, though, and finished at 9.45. I was home before 10, Mrs Pogue thought that I must have left early…

I watched the first 25 minutes and found it incredibly dull. I won’t go back to it.
