Take it off the stone once cooked to your liking .... or just before ideally as it keeps cooking without the heat.

As the stone is fire hot you can cook your steak exactly to your liking ( assuming you know how to cook steak ). I tend to cut the steak into slices and then remove them when they reach medium rare. Dip them in bernaise sauce .... beef heaven !

I don't have an issue with the steak and hot stone despite being almost veggie. It allows me to cook the steak EXACTLY how I like it. Too many 'chefs' don't understand the difference between medium rare and medium.

Cost of producing 'official' club shirts is probably about three quid. Add shipping costs - being generous five quid. How clubs think they should be able to rip people off at over fifty pounds a shirt astonds me. Not helped by the likes of Nike and co. Absolute rip off.
