Been doing Couch to 5k as per earlier un this thread. Completed the final run (w9r3) this morning. Finished up running beyond 30 mins just to hit 5k (37mins) I'm genuinely staggered that I can now run 5k. Well worth giving it a go. The first 5 mins is the worst.

In my view, the problems are due to incredibly poor management of risk. Mission critical systems should always have a level of update lag built in to prevent against security false positives and bad updates.
