Your lifestyle sounds much like mine (at least until recently). Lots of long runs and lots of crap food. I got away with it - ’bad’ cholesterol was always slightly high but mitigated by ‘good’ cholesterol. Maybe it was the red wine that kept me within ‘acceptable’ limits.

I stick one in each suitcase when we’re travelling………no issues so far, but it’s comforting to know your bags have at least arrived at the same airport as you or are on the same plane
Agree……..these type of restructures always (in my experience anyway and been through absolutely loads) have poorly-hidden predetermined outcomes and HR often only cosmetically oversee ‘due process’. On the plus side, for affected employees this often means that ‘due process’ isn’t followed...
I think inertia is a bigger contributor - many people simply don’t bother listing them, hence the new emails now being sent by the club if your ticket is unused and unlisted.
