Simplistically, no. However, I am entitled to have an opinion on a player and his performance levels.
For example, Jim may think Drogba is the best striker in the Premiership. However, Bill, who has a B badge in coaching, may think that Rooney is. It is *partly* about opinions.
P.S I know tht...
On a personal note, I haven't the foggiest about the bloke. I have, however, read articles, read and listened to many interviews, and he 'claims' he is sick of the life he was living, and really wanted to get his career back on track. He now seems to be doing so, playing leauge football. Good on...
:lolol: You couldn't be more correct. I have no idea why i said it like that. What i meant, however, was it sums up your opinion on a player, who, despite early troubles, is getting his life back on track.
I saw him play whilst at Yeovil and with our reserves, and it is a complete and utter...
Sums you up doesn't it. Everybody can earn redemption, and anybody has the right to try. Even if he has had problems before. Looks lik he is getting his life back on track. Good on him.
Give it a rest. Look through the threads about him when he had a trial here. Everybody was saying how they wanted him in. Not just this bloody strike
Don't think there's too much chance of it 'straying from its roots.' To most, it is boring, and as the next generation grow up, it will die out. Very good tactical and skilled game, but not interesting to watch.
Only got to see him play twice I believe. He seemed good, but didn't have the LEVEL of commanding confidence that he seems to have at Middlesborough.
If we had someone like him now, we would really climb the leauge.
Signed for Middlesborough from Colchester at the beginning of the season I believe?
This is the third time I have watched him now and have been very impressed. Exactly the sort of player we need. Shame that he wasn't at this stage of his career when he had his loan with us.
As a side point...
