It's not the size, I've tried that. And the printer we've had for years and never had a problem with it. Oh, I forgot, the same problem happens on a colour inkjet that we use occasionally so I don't think the printer is the source of the problem.

We have a LaserJet at work and certain fonts, when underlined, print out with the underline going through the very bottom of the letters as opposed to having a small gap between the line and the letters. It looks fine on the screen, but not when printed. Only certain fonts do this, such as...
