I should imagine that this is a result of a buyer drop out in the first instance and a chain collapse in the second. Add to that an owner who is desperate to sell as they are part of a chain and that could explain the price reductions.
Seeing as he’s playing in a team whose tactics he’s unfamiliar with and who certainly don’t play short, fast triangular passes, he adapted quite well after a nervous start. He’s going to be a star for them this season, just hope he keeps injury free.
