Forest are defending a lot like we defended at, er, Forest here.

This could run away from them very rapidly. No idea why Nuno is moaning about it. Obvious penalty.

Game over for the Toon. You can’t allow Forest to score first this season.

This Forest team, impervious to injuries and the best at defending the penalty area in the division, don’t have to come out their half anymore. They can control the narrative for the rest of the match.
Well played, that is textbook goatmouth :bowdown::bowdown:

Goodness me.

I mean, I can't stand the Saudis, and this is rather bad timing for us, but there is part of me quite enjoying Forest getting smashed after what they did to us

Sorry Hugo but this has to be one of those print out and frame comments 😅

Before we tried out a novel 1-man midfield against Forest they got smashed at Bournemouth, then they were held over 120 minutes by Exeter, then lost at Fulham and now being well-beaten at Newcastle. Their next two league games are Arsenal and Man City, so its certainly squeaky-bum time in Nottingham.

Indeed but they’d only lost one game in the Premier League this season having taken the lead, ironically againt today’s opponents.
Recently heard Manchester United haven't lost after taking the lead this season. Surprised me a bit before remembering its because they're shit and don't take the lead at all.

Newcastle are absolutely going for them. What they are doing that we didn’t is not giving away super soft goals for fun. If you give Forest no presents and try to overwhelm them, you have a chance if you can finish your chances.

Yeah. Some absolute rubbish from the commentator who just suggested that Newcastle "are doing to Forest what Forest have done to so many teams this season".

Forest have been exactly the opposite of that for most of their games. The only team they've absolutely smashed is, er, us with our patented 4-1-5 formation. They're counter attacking masters, who tend to sneak a goal and then shut up shop.

Was hoping for a brief moment there that Isak would miss next Sunday's game with a bruised ballbag, but he appears to be limping on.
