Needs to not be doing this as he was lucky to avoid a sending off, or a lengthy ban had he made contact.

My one negative from last night, if I may be so bold, was Pedro’s actions and body language at the end of the game. Did anyone else notice he didn’t join in with the team celebrations at the final whistle over by the East Stand, choosing instead to stand on his own over by the West.

He was hooked at half time away at Forest, then dropped from the starting line up. I worry that he’s believing his own hype and is acting a little petulantly. I hope there isn’t a rift.

I thought quite the opposite actually. Was pleasantly surprised that he didn’t look grumpy. Celebrated the goal with Minteh and looked lively when he came on.

I think we are much more dangerous and direct at the moment with Georginio and Minteh.

Minteh quick to attack and quick to get the ball into the box, driving it low and hard across the six yard box.

Georginio also quick but drives through the middle.

When Pedro came on, reverted to receiving the ball at the edge of the box and a lot of intricate passing around the box and trying to walk it in.

Think currently we are better with him not starting and thinking back to recent games where we've played poorly in the first 45, bringing Rutter and or Minteh on has often led to a better second half.

I will say it quietly but I felt Pedro had been nursing an injury for a while. There is no doubting his effort, the arms are pumping and legs moving, but his pace indicates a running through treacle.

But we persisted playing him (as a 9 too) as we didn't have options with Welbeck out. Now he is back and Minteh has found form we are playing a natural 9 in the 9 and a fit eager physical person in the 10.

At another stage we will need Pedro in full form and I didn't see anything in his body language to say he isn't up for that and helping the team

Him and Reece James got into quite a long discussion about something that I think happened literally seconds from the end. Nothing hostile in it. Then JP spoke to Fab and was pointed out his ankle. By time he had done most of this the players were over at the east stand.

Ah, that might explain it. Good to hear

Just glad this was recorded after 9pm, he’s fuming

Very interesting video. Baleba is hilarious, Webster lively, Rutter cements legend status

Listening carefully to what the person walking with O ' Reilly says. He makes a comment something like 'you can't be told off for 3 nil can ya'. I pick it out because Fab was going bonkers at him after he came on for being out of position.

I think he says 'you can't be cold'.

I think Pedro is frustrated at not being first pick (which I agree he shouldn't be for now) and is just trying too hard to prove himself. The manager needs to use his man management skills to support him through his difficulties.

I suspect he's understandably disappointed with his drop in form.
It may be the first time he's experienced.

Giorginio is the golden boy at the moment and Pedro, probably knows, he will be 2nd choice for now.

Danny Welbeck has been there and got the t shirt. It's older experienced pros who help the players imo.
