Very interesting video. Baleba is hilarious, Webster lively, Rutter cements legend status

Listening carefully to what the person walking with O ' Reilly says. He makes a comment something like 'you can't be told off for 3 nil can ya'. I pick it out because Fab was going bonkers at him after he came on for being out of position.
Should of played O'Riley then!
There is just no evidence for this
Evidence not necessary. It would just be criminally stupid to think he's not disappointed!

Yeh, massive difference between being frustrated and being disappointed isn't there. Huge really.
The comment was about this causing him to try too hard and this was affecting his performance

I disagree. I just think it's to do with the natural fluctuations of a young player, possibly some injury issue and having been played in an unfamiliar position for a good part of the season.

In the long term, Joao Pedro will come good. I've seen enough of him to know that. In the short term, he'll have to do what Georginio did for a good while, try to impress from the bench and take his chance from the start when it comes.

It is two games in a row now that he’s stood near the centre circle at full time and looked a bit low, not celebrating with his teammates.

I think it is probably just frustration with himself, whether injury or performance. I like he thrives off being the main man as he was for us last season, and Watford before that.

It’ll come again.

I think we are much more dangerous and direct at the moment with Georginio and Minteh.

Minteh quick to attack and quick to get the ball into the box, driving it low and hard across the six yard box.

Georginio also quick but drives through the middle.

When Pedro came on, reverted to receiving the ball at the edge of the box and a lot of intricate passing around the box and trying to walk it in.

Think currently we are better with him not starting and thinking back to recent games where we've played poorly in the first 45, bringing Rutter and or Minteh on has often led to a better second half.
Unfortunately, JP's default action with the ball is to hold onto it too long. He tried to dribble through the entire, packed Chelsea defence last night. He can find a killer pass (e.g. to Mitoma a few weeks ago) but doesn't attempt it often enough.
