Seems a strange one but guaranteed first-team football at a big, rejuvenated club.
He'd also be guaranteed first-team football at Marseille and Lens in a country where his first language is spoken.

I'd be having a paddy if there's truth in it.

Because it’s right to allow Mitoma to go and make his money (assuming he wants to). Mitoma is currently blocking Adingra’s development, so it gives Adingra the opportunity to fulfill his potential, and it gets the deal done to bring in the next exciting young winger on the production line, who will eventually replace Adingra in the first team when we sell him for big money.

It’s not a particularly difficult one to understand.
Really a matter of opinion.
Mitoma has said he prefers CL football over Saudi (should any of those teams want him).

Adingra is not good enough if we are progressing. Look at his form this season and back end of last.

Watson I can’t comment, but better than Gruda and others?

Not difficult to understand either

Is Adingra (and Ferguson for that matter) not looking good because of the manager, team set up, lack of minutes given, eroding confidence? Or, if he is no longer seen as not good enough, then maybe we should have taken Marseille's offer - not shipping him to the Championship.

In the case of Ferguson, it has been suggested that he has been unw.....

Well, there’s no indication just yet Simon is Championship bound, it’s only what Sunderland have proposed. And if we’re going to list the myriad reasons why certain players might not be performing, it’s probably worth including injuries, as Evan wasn’t fit at the start of the season, had to get match fit after his layoff, and got injured again in the winter.

Couldn’t agree more re Marseille.

I’d cash in.

I remember losing my mind that we spent £1m on Will Buckley so this feels a weird sentence to write about an 18 year old from the championship but.....

£8.5m feels CHEAP
