A loan with an obligation to buy in the event of promotion was the proposal - no indication we entertained this so no reason for Adingra to be pissed off as suggested above

We won't unless he signs a new contract in the meantime, as Cashin did after our initial approach. It'll be up to the club at that point to decide whether Watson is still worth pursuing
