Not sure what to make of O'Riley. He seems to swan about without affecting things too much.
In fact, Wieffer would be a good surname for him.
I'm still on the fence really with all the newbies as I haven't really seen enough of them all to start the tarring process.

Looks like £ 200 000 000 spaffed away to me. Bad choices
Have you considered a lot of them are young players who have barely had a run in the team?

Rutter (22) - Looks great, suffered injuries
Minteh (20) - Has been good in patches but inconsistent and raw, suffered injuries.
Wieffer (25) - Arrived injured, poor at first, then injured, then looked good, currently injured
Gruda (20) - Arrived injured, hasn't set the world alight, numerous injuries
Kadioglu (25) - Arrived injured, looked good and was improving, injured and out for season
O'Riley (24) - Injured on debut, scored on league debut, has barely had a run in the team

The most curious thing..
Are we going to be able to sell any of them to Chelsea for £60million each?

Injuries have massively impacted the affect of our new signings. I think we’ll see different levels from them next season but for now…..

Rutter (22) - Has hit the ground running and is a fan favourite. Plays a lot better with Welbz in the team and can go missing without him.

Minteh (20) - ‘Raw’ is the word but he was my MotM at Old Trafford. I expect he will be consistent when he is Rutter’s age. We’ll then have a top right winger.

Wieffer (25) - He just can’t get a run of games. Annoyingly, once he’d settled into the pace and physicality of the EPL, he picked up yet another injury. There is a lot more to come.

Gruda (20) - Just a few flashes of greatness. He is behind Minteh at the moment but he is a slightly different player. More a playmaker. I’d not be surprised if he is loaned out next season but again, he could be top level in a couple of years.

Kadioglu (25) - Ravaged by injury but looked good after a few dodgy games. The obligatory injury got him when he started to purr.

O'Riley (24) - The player that never got injured changed his ways when he signed for us. I think he was meant to be the Groß replacement. He bossed the MTL and seems a very intelligent sort. He just needs to get to grips with playing at a much higher level. I’ll think he’ll get there but he is clearly a player who has to think about football and learn rather than relying on natural instinct and ability alone. Like all our new signings, he needs a good run in the team. None of them are getting one at the moment.

Yes, they’re all good footballers. There’s no obvious duds who can’t play, like a Locadia.

Rutter has been the stand out, but I always saw this as a transitional season under a new inexperienced manager at this level, and bringing in so many players at once and gelling would take time.

Expectations were set so high after a flying start that people genuinely thought we’d be challenging for the CL, when anyone who knows their football can see we were nowhere near that level even with our early wins. We’ve looked shaky at the back all season, and I agree with many of the critics of the head coach that our style isn’t as defined as under the last two head coaches.

I said at the start of the season, and throughout the season, mid table and a cup run represents a first solid season for us under Fabian, and absolutely nothing has changed in my mind.
