We are not in danger of relegation.. For me, this season was always going to be one where the squad including Fab worked stuff out, and it shows in the results some great wins and some shocking losses also don't forget Forest got thumped 5-0 last week. The difference between Potter vs RDZ and Fab, Potter worked the game around the available players rather than sticking to a style regardless of the injury list. Previously Fab has made excellent substitutions, give him time.

If that info from spouse is true, then sounds like our gaffer has slipped through the "no dickheads" policy
Most on here want to criticise Potter for all the emotional intelligence stuff and now want to criticise Hurzeler for being tough and passionate and whatever. He sounds pretty similar to RDZ in personality tbh, but all this character assassination on here from gossip and hearsay is getting way out of hand.

Fab just seems like a robot, keeps repeating the same garbage pre and post game, when he does his pseudo passion thing it looks fake. Even his hair is fake. Out of work he dresses head to toe in loro piana like some weird German/swiss ken doll.

Today was the first time I've seen some genuine emotion from him after the game where he did actually look and sound human.

In short has bloom created an AI machine to go along with the algo?

I like to think that people are getting it out of their system by venting on here.

Given the stats on domestic violence after a loss it's a shame more people don't take up this option.

The irony of one poster accusing him of not being able to control his emotions was not lost on me though.

I’m on the fence still, although I could fall into the “Out” side of things “IF“ things have broken down internally.
I’m not someone that needs to feel the love from the Manager (it helps though) and I certainly don’t believe in the players being all powerful.
Having said that, we would seem to have some exceptional people as our senior pros at the club, and ones I’d be likely to trust the opinion of.
For me personally, if the likes of Welbeck and Milner had concerns about FH, that would be all I would need to know to make a decision on his future.
Equally, if those same pros were of the opinion that all is going well, I’d go with that too.
This reflects the admiration I have for some of our more senior squad members

Yeah, not exactly groundbreaking in fairness.. We all knew it from his touchline behaviour anyway. Not fancying some of the players and playing favourites was the other stuff basically. Again, not breaking news but still worrying.
I guess if the anti-Fab stuff is coming from the partner of one of the players who is out of favour with FH, then it might not be so worrying - I can imagine it’s a nightmare trying to keep a large-ish squad happy. And I can also imagine that the huge number of injuries is undermining cohesion etc.

The next few weeks will be interesting!

Quite. All managers will have 'favourites', just like everybody on here. It is human nature. And with such a pool of attacking talent that we have it is going to become more evident.

Also with the group of such young talent with 'pots of money' in a new country it is not surprising that there are some disciplinary issues. It is how FH deals with it that becomes the issue.

Indeed - it looks like Fab has decided to put his foot down. Leaving Minteh out of the starting lineup last week (which quite plausibly cost us the game), and possibly doing something similar with Baleba and Ayari yesterday (we probably won’t get to know the full story).
These are all very young guys and it may be that their indiscretions are being punished in a way that impacts our performances in the short term, but hopefully in the medium term makes sense.
(Could also add Enciso going on loan??)

Alex Ferguson went to very unfashionable Aberdeen and won 3 Scottish league Championships, 4 Scottish cups, Uefa Cup winners Cup and Uefa super Cup.

You can't compare him to Hurzeler who won 1 German second division title and f*** all else?
Ok, lets compare him to Iraola at Bournemouth - He had a much worse start at Bournemouth than Hurzeler has had with us. Bournemouth stuck with him and its paid off,

Iraola knows what he is doing FH doesn’t
his team improved during the season ours is getting worse
He had 27pts from his first 24 games. We have 34. They lost 10 of those first 24, we’ve lost 6. Iraola didn’t look like he knew what he was doing until hindsight kicked in.

And yes Iraola has more experience than Fab, but our owner has decided to appoint a manager who will gain experience with us.

All these Fab Out threads are a waste of time other than for NSCers to vent, because can’t see TB not giving him time.

100% in. The table doesn’t lie and we are 10th, which is about where we should be this season. You can’t sack the manager when he is achieving the target!

Doesn’t mean he is necessarily going to work out for us, but it’s way too early to make that call. He should be judged at the end of next season, and his job should only be under threat if we slip into a relegation battle. Which we won’t.

The relegation battle is over. The 3 teams that came up are more than likely gone. We already have enough points to not win another game this season and be comfortable.

Bringing back a poor performing Dunk was really poor for morale. Allowing Pedro’s histrionics doesn’t help either. No one has downed any tools. There’s no mutiny but the players aren’t really having him. The way they interact with him now is not the same as the first few games. ‘Twust the process, intensity guys, consistency’ is just empty words. We can’t play Utd and Spurs every week and it shows.

I’m slightly worried, but the last month includes some pretty decent performances (Villa, Arsenal and Man United, plus Norwich, and the second half at Ipswich). To me, our style is a high press, lots of pressure on the opposition in their half, and use the wingers to make the pitch wide. We play the ball from the back to invite the opposition press in a very similar way to RDZ. It obviously didn’t work today - without Baleba and a very good co-midfielder (Ayari recently) it can’t work.

Not really sure what FH thought would happen today, but I definitely see a style of play - and I’m prepared to give him time.
There was no press yesterday? 😂 just shite from the forwards down to the keeper and it’s all on the manager, not the players.
