I really hate the management at Chelsea.

Since September 2022, for the first time since I started to take an interest in football many decades ago, I actually wish Chelsea FC nothing but failure. It doesn't feel comfortable but between the tax dodging oligarch and super rich yankee multi sport owning entrepreneur, that club has earned a higher level of my disgust.

You never know the truth of these things.

But Chelsea surely weren't trying to buy them this month. this was the, "lets unsettle a player" tactic. It's the "if we can get them to put in a request or look visibly unhappy at Brighton, we could hoover them up in the summer" way of doing business

My Chelsea supporting mate I took to the Everton game did say he’d like to see Baleba and JPVH at Chelsea post match :mad:

He also thinks Colwill is a bit shit, not convinced JPVH would still be here if we’d landed Colwill

They are more likely to go for the Bournemouth CB over Van Hecke, although I think they won't be the only ones trying for him.

Absolutely correct - and that tactic is a major reason why I detest Chelsea FC....
