So long as it's a loan, with absolutely no option to buy, I'd be delighted to see Ferguson banging them in.
Pity that Wet Sham supporters might enjoy it, but hell, you can't nave everything.
This. Evan badly needs to get his career back on track. Would love to see him banging them in for West Ham on loan

Hmmm. Re-united with Potter who he gets on with, Ferguson goes on to score 8 goals for West Ham who finish above Brighton, who, after another injury to Danny Welbeck, struggled for goals for the rest of the season, especially at The Amex. Ferguson says he feels back to his best under Potter's guidance and wants to stay in east London.

It's alright. Potter is officially (according to NSC) a hopeless rubbish manager whose toothless team was only baled out by Roberto de Zerbi coming in and transforming them, so that scenario can't happen.
Right?

All that could happen.

TB banks £39m, loads of people here say we’ve an amazing business.

If Ferguson starts ‘banging them in’ again because he finds his inner no.9, then I would want a lot more than £39m by the summer!

A lot will depend on where we place him but I prefer we loan him to a Bundesliga club so the scenario that could happen:
Ferguson starts banging them in for St Pauli or Dortmund or wherever, Potter is pissed that he didn’t get Ferguson, WHU are pissed at Potter not signing any strikers he desperately needs to finish in a decent place this season, Brighton anti-Potter fans ecstatic as Potter flunks it out at another PL Club. Meanwhile, TB happy in the summer that he now has a striker known throughout Europe scoring goals again and touted as one of the best U21 9s in the game who leaves on a transfer of at least £65m.

🙂

I've said it before and I'll say it again. West Ham are genuine competition to us for a Premier League place and therefore prize money. Giving them a player - any player - when they have injury issues in attack would be lunacy.

So I fully expect him to be training in Essex by Thursday.

After watching them get a point at villa yesterday, they are already getting better under Potter. They played villa off the park 2nd half and with better finishing would've won it.

I missed the game but had a look at the report and stats on the BBC afterwards. The stats make it look like the drawiest draw in the history of draws!

1st half was pretty poor. Villa took lead and had a 15 min spell where it looked like they'd run away with it. 1st half reminded me of our 1st half on Saturday! Potter worked his magic at half time and West Ham came out firing.

🤞 Let’s hope so - assuming Ferguson will suddenly find a form that’s eluded him for 18 months, us giving any competitor in the PL the means to push us down even one place could mean a loss of £3-4m even in mid table.

I think Potter would be a good manager for him personally - he always was a youth orientated manager but let Potter fill his boots elsewhere and come back in the summer with £60m + if he’s really interested.

It seems Ferguson may think so too. Daily Fail claiming Fergie keen to link up with Potter.

Maybe it was too much to expect the 20 year old to move to Germany for a year - fits in too with FH wanting to loan him to another EPL Club to keep up his level ☹️
