And more generally, we need to lose the attitude that we're little Brighton and our first priority is trying not to hurt the feelings of our little darlings rather than getting points, getting up the league and trying to win stuff
This, work hard in training instead of crying to your countries media I’m not in the team and I’m getting in a huff. Really does show their immaturity

I think we need to recall him as he’s going to learn nothing from playing for such an awful manager. According to this (I realise it’s from a crap paper), Van Nistelrooy made Buonanotte the scapegoat despite him only being on the pitch for 15 minutes: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...rs-Fulham-defeat-one-player-target-anger.html
Not surprised. Had a similar issue over here with PSV with players complaining about him, so much so they didn't even let him finish the season with 1 game left.

Being managed by a guy who has been handed jobs because of his reputation as a player is not helpful. He was a **** when he was a player, so doesn't surprise me that he is a **** when he's pretending to be a manager.

I find it hard to believe we would have signed a loan agreement which absolutely precluded any recall in January under any circumstances. Surely Leicester will have paid a loan fee, which we would have to repay all or in part - but at the end of the day he's our player, and if our interests (and his) means bringing him back (and maybe loan him out somewhere else), then make it happen.

If there was a recall clause based on the number of games he’d played then our hands are tied unless we can get Leicester to agree and both sides mutually cancel the loan deal.

Dutch footballers love a dressing room fall out, don't they?

Leicester fans are getting what they deserve for forcing out a competent manager in Cooper to be replaced by the Dutch Wayne Rooney of football management.
SC is getting paid and having a wry smile to himself. He’s an average manager who was picking up enough points to keep them safe. When clubs get promoted their fans immediately point towards Brighton we can be like them forgetting we had 3/4 years of battling to stay in the league with Hughton low blocking for two seasons. It wasn’t all champagne football and Europa league.
Burnley, Southampton, Ipswich don’t or didn’t have the players to play any type of expansive football.

They let their hatred of Nottingham Forest get in the way of their survival hopes. Utter stupidity. I know it didn't wok out, but imagine if we'd not gone for Coppell when he was available because of his Palace association? Were it not for the abysmal first 14 games Coppell likely could have kept us up that season by a margin. I'd wager he'd have got the 6 points needed.

He’ll learn a f*** of a lot. First and most important lesson being that in your career and life you need to do your own due diligence, prepare for the unexpected and appreciate good people.

For me they were one of the most aggravating group of away fans I’ve seen at the Amex in a while, so quite frankly hope RVN stays and takes them down, whilst Goodnight keeps putting in decent performances whenever he’s allowed to play.

RVN had stated that Facu had played enough minutes already that we could no longer recall him. Leicester know that Facu may last longer than RVN and has been one of their most impactful players when given the chance so no chance they'll cancel the loan themselves.

A rubbish situation that we've ended up in and hopefully a lesson learned that we should always keep control of recall clauses in the future. Hopefully, RVN gets the sack very soon and Facu is returned to the starting XI.
