Seems I'm in good company this week, with a slight increase....hmmmmm.

Day 1; 84.1kgs 13st 3lbs
Day 8; 83.4kgs 13st 2lbs
Day15; 80.9kgs 12st 10lbs
Day22; 81.1kgs 12st 11lbs.

Not too concerned as I lost almost 'too much' last week, so am assuming fluid retention for the difference.

I like my weight starting with 12st something and there is no way I'm giving that up....!!

Good luck everyone, last 9 days of January to go.

Actually started improving things this month, not major but it's a start and all about building momentum;

Jan 1st - 108kgs - 17st 0lbs
Jan 13th - 107.6kgs - 16st 13lbs
Jan 21st - 107.2kgs - 16st 12lbs

Definitely less impressive when put into Stones and Pounds ha. But I've arrested the weight gain and starting to turn a very big heavy ship around...

Another 1lb chipped away, so 13st 1lb. That's a lb per week. Amazing how reliable the science is. Under cook the calories and lose 1 lb per week. Which should mean a round 13st next week and hit the 12's the week after which will be very satisfying.

Yeah - not really been able to get going on this properly yet.

This week has been the first real consistent diet week of the month.
Keto with a bit of fasting.
Weighed myself on Monday (OMG!!! I really need to get going on this)
Will follow up on Monday to see how it's going.
