I don't think we were ever in for Tosin. Not a very Albion signing in Jan at all. Suspect we might go and try again for Boscagli.

It’s an up date of Romano’s tweet lunchtime yesterday though that led to speculation Chelsea might part with him. Now Romano catching up

@Han Solo’s roadmap to this happening this month is certainly very possible (involves PSV getting knocked out of the Champions League over their final phase 1 group games).
