Horrible first half. Very good second. If we ever put 90 mins together in the same game we’ll be devastating.

No. Lineker was trying to hide what happened, Veltman was trying to distract the goalie by drawing attention to it.

I like the three points. But, to be honest I didn't like (or understand) the game plan, I didn't like our ponderousness, and I really didn't like Pedro assaulting their keeper.

I genuinely believe that FH was trying to break the Ipswich deep block by being so turgid in the 1st half.
As I suspected, Ipswich were far less disciplined defensively in the 2nd because they thought they had a chance going forward.

Nice win, decent performance. Deserved three points.
Thought we played some great football at times, but we were lacking creativity in the final third.
Verbruggen made three worldies in the first half - kept us in it - and shows the importance of having a quality shot stopper between the sticks.
Georginio is such a good player - what a great finish, knew exactly where the goal was.
No easy games in the Premier League, Ipswich are decent enough and played alright, but they probably gave us too much respect and the win did seem inevitable once the second half started to play out.
9th. Winless run ended. Season back up and running. Looking forward to the next one.
