If Pedro gets injured, Georginio is surely our go to No.9 right now. Same with McConville at the back if JPvH or Webster get crocked in the short term. We may as well test these players asap.

I though something similar except for Ayari for Gomez (Bench....too soon) and Estupinan ..not sure Hinshelwood should be thrown in when first game back but a

I see our objectives for this game as:
1. Get the monkey of our non-winning run off our backs which means fielding a strong team
2. Give a start to some players who’ve narrowly missed out on selection recently (like Minteh and Rutter)
3. Introduce Gomez to English football (probably as a sub)
4. Help Solly to regain match fitness (again as a sub) and likewise anyone else returning from a significant injury (like Hinshelwood)

Just once can we stop f***ing around, play our best team, it is allowed and other teams do it. Then if we happen to have earned a properly commanding position, great let's see some fringe players.

I have heard from his missus that RDZ often wakes up in a cold sweat muttering "Charlton. f***ing Charlton."
Except for literally the very next week so we have three games in 8 days of which both league games are tough away trips. Sorry to disappoint but I expect huge rotation.We are playing one game a week for a while now so no need for rotation. Strongest team possible please. I really want us to win a cup. If anyone gets “rested” I shall be quietly fuming!
