They'd be better off crying about their £500m team of 'title contenders' playing like prime Pulis Stoke.
It's a pen - the touch of the ball makes no difference- but given the monstrosity of the decision against Villa it's 100% deserved regardless.
I agree that you're not sure how it works. If one player headbutts another, how is that just a clash of heads? When one player kicks another, we don't call it a clash of legs.
It would be a clash of heads if they were equally to blame, but Pedro clearly wins the ball and then gets butted. Maybe it was a 50/50 decision, but I don't see how it was a dreadful decision.
Arteta would say it was a penalty if it was at the other end. No sympathy for an anti football team who time wasted from the first half. They play like Stoke or Everton.

With the rules at the time, that was a clear penalty. This one may be more 50/50.

I actually don't give a damn. Decisions go for and against. We absolutely deserved to get something out of that game. Arsenal were shocking with their time wasting and play acting once their fans were singing one nil to the Arsenal 
Arteta is an entitled twat and In love it when he thinks a decisions hasn't gone there way. Penalty given by Taylor (who wasn't giving us much in the first half) and confirmed by VAR. And a great pen by Pedro it was.
