In - yes, its not really working and may prove to be a gamble too far by TB but he should be judged at the end of the season, not after a disappointment tonight.

thing is, he’s done nothing to warrant being sacked other than go on a six game or so winless run. and the £200M spend is irrelevant when none of them have really kicked on as yet. if that’s the bar for getting sacked then Potter, RDZ and CH would’ve all gone way before they did. in terms of my own observations, i’ve seen nothing to suggest he’s anything special, though.

Our season so far…
  • 10th place, 26 points from 18 matches
  • 2 points behind Manchester City
  • 3 points behind fifth-place Newcastle United, likely a Champions League spot
  • 3 points ahead of Tottenham
  • 4 points ahead of Manchester United
We are having a bad spell, all teams have bad spells even Manchester City! Trust the manager. It will get better.

We are a really good team. A bit weak / soft defensively - particularly on the counter attack. But otherwise playing some great football. Sadly we hit the edge of the box & go static

In. One season is a minimum and we have injuries and players still finding their feet. But if it’s still the same as it was tonight in May then get rid. Don’t make the mistake we did with Potter.

Two big worries. Firstly we have a load of kids being led by a kid. If it comes off they’ll learn together. If it doesn’t we have an under 21s team. Secondly we’ve regressed against poor teams and our home form is actually woeful.

Tonight was like the worst of Potter but you have to give the plan a chance. Unfortunately we’re stuck with left field yes men coaches now so a replacement wouldn’t necessarily help.

Young coach, new to the Premier League.

Doing a decent job. Been an entertaining season, with the strongest EVER start. We're currently in poor form, but that doesn't matter because a lot fans are like goldfish that can barely remember what happened last weekend.

We're playing good football and dominating games. We're entertaining. We are nurturing our young, talented players... and we're still very much in the mix for Europe, which is the goal.

He's doing a good job, but at the same time it's worth noting that we took him on board as a young prospect, rather than a seasoned manager. We need to be patient with him, just as have to be patient with our young players.

If you want immediate success, f*** off and support Liverpool.

Get behind the team & manager.
We’re not, we’re absolutely not. The football is dross.

Give him the season, but I honestly can’t see us finishing in the top half.
Game management is too poor.
We draw through individual mistakes after being ahead and not bringing on defenders (Wolves): Poor game management, should be bringing on defenders to shore up the defence.

We draw through individual mistakes after being ahead and bringing on defenders (Leicester): Poor game management, we should be pressing our advantage.

Idk what you want him to do other than demand players who never make a mistake?

Embarrassing thread from our "supporters" again. If you want to be a plastic fan go "support" Chelsea.

So boring that after anything less than beating city everyone is bed wetting. Seriously need to take a good look at yourselves.

FFS it's a very young team, no available front man etc.

We dominated the game. Things will and are clearly starting to come together. Have a little patience.
Starting a thread which would have been started anyways by a number of other different posters isn’t embarrassing.

I’ve not stated my own opinion in the opening post either.
