Its breaking news on the Sun and Mail websites today. You're a bit late. He died on 25 November.
He put a lorry thought into that.Nice words Ian, beautifully articulated….
I used to look out for 'Jenny Wren'. One woman, had driving an Eddie, on her bucket list, so he allowed a vehicle to go into Plymouth dockyard so she could drive it for ten minutes.Sad news. I loved playing Eddie Spotting up and down the motorways back in the day.
At Eddie’s insistence, his drivers were always immaculately turned out in shirts and ties.
RIP Eddie.
Around 20-25 years ago @Bwian told me he used the number and direction of travel of Stobart vehicles to get a prediction of the away game score.
Let’s hope there isn’t a height restriction on the Pearly Gates.A deeply religious man.
He'll just go through them, as happened at the depot!Let’s hope there isn’t a height restriction on the Pearly Gates.
