Often stuck behind his lorries on the drive to away matches back in the day. A national feature. RIP.

Rather odd this has just been 'announced' in the media - it was news up here almost two weeks ago ago. I liked this drawing

Around 20-25 years ago @Bwian told me he used the number and direction of travel of Stobart vehicles to get a prediction of the away game score.

(I preferred to use my magic 'lucky' darts.)

A third of a lifetime away...

Sad news. I loved playing Eddie Spotting up and down the motorways back in the day.

At Eddie’s insistence, his drivers were always immaculately turned out in shirts and ties.

RIP Eddie.
I used to look out for 'Jenny Wren'. One woman, had driving an Eddie, on her bucket list, so he allowed a vehicle to go into Plymouth dockyard so she could drive it for ten minutes.
A lovely man.
