The Albion have and always will be “a bit Stripe-sey”

The clues in the name ‘Albion’, our national story is filled with ‘glorious’ defeats!

well that is probably because the home crowd were oh so very quite, it seemed worse than the Amex.

Imagine how dull it would be to sing come on you Fulham, Fulham, Fulham....
Until a month or so ago, 3 of our most popular songs that had been sung by most of the crowd for decades featured Al Fayed's name. Since then, they've not been sung and not much has filled their place. There are a few new songs emerging about players to take their place but we need new ones about Shahid Khan. We were always one of the few clubs that sang for our owner.

Shahid Khan, let me rock you
Let me rock you, Shahid Khan
Let me rock you, that's all I wanna do
Shahid Khan, let me rock you
Let me rock you, Shahid Khan
Let me rock you, 'cause I feel for you
Shahid Khan, would you tell me what you wanna do?
Do you feel for me, the way I feel for you?
Shahid Khan, let me tell you what I wanna do
I wanna love you, wanna hug you, wanna squeeze you too
So let me take you in my arms
Let me fill you with my charms, Shahid
'Cause you know that I'm the one to keep you warm, Shahid
I'll make you more than just a physical dream
I wanna rock you, Shahid
Baby, 'cause you make me wanna scream
Let me rock you, rock you

I am still convinced that we have only played well in for 90 minutes of one match this season (Liverpool away) and we lost it.

Reckon we will finish 12-8th, anyone expecting Europe is setting themselves up for dissapointment.
You’re right, we haven’t had a good 90 mins. But even so, we’re still legitimately 5th after a significant number of games.

We’ve got a new manager learning every game, a team learning a new system and a load of new signings most of whom are still integrating. I don’t think it’s overly optimistic to think that we can keep in and about 5-7th at the business end of the season.

I'll agree re the learning statement on Sunday if Adringa is nowhere near RWB. He has shown he can learn, since Chelsea the high line has been reined in, but his subs were made too late v Soton and too late last night. I don't want anymore immediate lessons learned by Fab come next Sunday evening thanks.

As each game passes, I am starting to think our league position is down to small periods of slick understanding between 2 or 3 players, and flashes of individual brilliance.
Last nights set up and game management was the worst this season imo.
Early days, but I fear there is still a roll of the dice set up for games. Expected with a large squad I suppose.

In the Euro's England were described as 'A Team of Moments'. I must admit to thinking the same about us - we seem to be able to suddenly click and produce something spectacular to get through games, without really dominating or ever looking fully secure.
