Listened to it yesterday. The only real things of note he said related to Brighton are:

- he was asked why in hindsight he agreed to go to Chelsea at that time, which was a basket case, when he had things good at Brighton? Why didn't he say thank you but not now? GP's response was that he's asked himself that many times since, but that he was promised certain things

- our dressing room was/is amazing in terms of the characters, led by the likes of Lallana, Welbeck, Gross

- he got it wrong tactically in the 4-1 defeat to us at the Amex

- Tony Bloom and Paul Barber were very hands on to support, gave him time to implement his ideas etc. Whereas Todd and Co. were in Los Angeles over a zoom call, and didn't give him a fair amount of time

Christ he really is putting himself out there isn't he.

Got to get his face back out there now the golden handcuffs have been unlocked by Chelsea. A year in the footballing wilderness is a long time even if he was being paid a fortune.

Wow.

I think that is one of the most bizarre takes I've ever seen on here.
Dunno man.

Do you remember this spring when we were apparently playing the most thrilling football under a manager who loved the club and would never get sacked by Tony?

That was wild.

I don’t remember that. Can you find one post saying that?

If anybody posted that then they got their springs mixed up, spring of 2023 was fantastic.

Seen plenty of slight variations.

A very useful barometer to use to see if posters are worth engaging with.

Usually can be bundled in with "Ashley Barnes/Dale Stephens were useless" types.
