Then they are not doing it as per normal installation. There would be smaller plastic seats with metal bars in front and behind and this will increase the capacity.
But it won't be the away end any more. Away fans are being moved are they not?So we could see a scenario in which the away end has safe standing but the North doesn't?
Wherever away fans go in the end, that area will eventually have safe standing, per today's email.

There is no change to seats, see the photo I posted early, the Brentford seats remained unchanged and barriers added but I agree less room
I went to Southampton’s old ground, the Dell, for a Boxing Day fixture against Bristol Rovers c1977. I was on the terraces under the top tier which was seating. I banged my head on the ‘ceiling’ and it hurt FFS! There was so little headroom that I reckon that Snow White and the seven dwarves would have had a problem.
