4 weeks. Eze maybe 2/3 weeks.
Eze Nov 01: 'He has a hamstring injury, and we will miss him for at least against Wolves and against Fulham. Then we have the break, and then let's see. There is hope [he will return after that], but it will be very ambitious.'

And the Wharton quote was very wishy washy. 'lets say 4 weeks' so let's call that 6 minimum.

I don’t take that much interest in u21 football these days, but after hearing about Brightons 10.0 shellacking of the palace u21s, I just thought that palace must be v poor, but it came up on my feed that palace beat spurs 5.1 last night, I then looked at the table and results and was shocked that palace were 7th and have only lost 1 all season !

So what the hell was that 10. 0 all about, Are Brighton just so good or was it just a freak result??

Wel, w're second in the table just behind City having won 5 on the spin. We're quite good you know.

Yes but 10.0 against a side that hadn’t lost all season and has won both games since….it just looks a bit freaky, I haven’t seen what team was put out but it couldn’t have been that weak surly.

Well it wasnt quite Villa reserves, as they played McGinn, Dhuran, Bailey, and had Mings and Bentacura returning from long term injuries, but when they were a goal down, they took off 3 of those for teenagers, so I dont think they were that bothered about the game.
Mings? He was more convincing as a mortgage broker pushing PPI products

There’s a high turnover in age-group football, with better players shifting up levels, or even into the senior squad, as required. As a result the strength of teams can vary.

Palace were probably playing Spurs U14s.

Palace put out pretty much the same team that had beaten Forest 2-1 in their previous game. We scored early, but were only 2-0 up at half time. Three goals in ten minutes meant that the result was settled after an hour and we then scored another 5 in the last twenty minutes. It looks like your lot gave up / lost their heads and Ruth's lot were ironically, ruthless.
