Is that because you’re shitting through the eye of a needle every time you get street food?I’ve been in India for the last three weeks, without doubt, the most effective weight loss country I’ve experienced so far, back next week, losing further weight in November could be a challenge!
If I have a takeaway curry the last few times I’ve been ordering popadums and a pickle tray and sitting there making popadums with everything on - it’s the bit I love the most .Had a curry tonight but was good had a Shaslik with no rice and less than a quarter of a nan, also no beer (just whisky).
I’m gonna weigh everyday.16st 4.2lb

There is a reason why people don't weigh every day, but personally, I need to see the data.
Nope, not touched street food, tried to eat as sensibly as possible, however it’s virtually unavoidable when you stay this long. Apart from that, trip has been amazingIs that because you’re shitting through the eye of a needle every time you get street food?
And no, this isn’t racist.
Remembering that lots of that weight change isn't the food miraculously turning into body fat. You may have drunk more fluids, perhaps later in the day. Weight can be volatile day to day.121.5kg (+1.2kg). Early own goal. Entirely down to my own choice to shove 4834 calories into my gob. Much of that choice was down to Mrs SE9's choice to order an industrial sized quantity of Stroopwafel which arrived yesterday. And together with Scotch Eggs and Marmite Pinwheels comprise the Holy Trinity which I cannot say no to.
Do you track water drank?Remembering that lots of that weight change isn't the food miraculously turning into body fat. You may have drunk more fluids, perhaps later in the day. Weight can be volatile day to day.
So don't give up. You had a big day, but today needn't be. Just a thought, don't measure calories. Just write down everything you eat and drink each day - I mean everything. It tends to make you far more aware, in the moment, of what you are shoving in your gob. I'll join you and do the same.
I don't but I will if you do.Do you track water drank?
Or, it's a chance to start some new habits? Maybe swerve the poppadoms and the naans this time? Swap a beer for a water? Forego the extra roasties and go big on the veggies?Just back from a six mile walk /
