Awful goalkeeping regardless. Stick a leg out, look the other way and hope for the best.
I must be the only one to think that's still a pen. He wipes the player out and it's incidental that he touches the ball.

That's what my initial thought was. I must confess I don't know what the rule is. Does the initial touch on the ball totally negate what Sanchez does? To my eyes he follows through with his leg and also lifts up his shoulder to ensure Jones goes over.
