Although not totally mad, special mention for Jamie Moralee for his sending off when we were playing at Gillingham

For those younger fans who were not around: Argus Jamie Moralee

Enciso may well take this title eventually. Little nutter.

Different era's I know, but Enciso is very soft compared to the likes of Case, Stant, Oatway, Carpenter. I reckon if anyone of those players put a tackle in on Enciso and he got up looking to start something with them, one look into their demented eyes and Enciso would be quiet as mouse for the rest of the game.

Jimmy Case in his 2nd coming liked a revenge tackle
He liked one first time around too! I think his bad tackles got worse as he slowed down in later years. Great player though. Could still send 3 opponents the wrong way with a drop of the shoulder.

Some fantastic suggestions, lots of hard guys and wind up merchants, El-Abd springs to mind. I best like the ones who are mad as a box of frogs as people

Soft as shite in comparison to some of the alternatives mentioned on here.

When used as a sub, Andone used to make a point of fouling an opposition centre back within a minute or two of coming on the pitch.

I really thought Andone was a dead cert for this, but we’ve had some right nutters
